    1. Slide 1: Wine Terms You Should Know If you're new to the world of wine, you've probably come across terms that you haven't heard before. Don't be put off by foreign sounding words.     2. Slide 2: Acidity Sometimes called the sour factor, acidity refers to the tartness that is a result of the citric, malic, or lactic acid of the grapes. The acidity also acts as a preservative. Vin-Cache.com
