    Excellent presentation, Trish. I'm 'laying the foundation' for communities around content at the local media company I work for, and slides Nos. 298-302 sum up the work beautifully. Thanks for sharing.

    Glad that you guys like the slides! Unfortunately, I don't have a video of the presentation (that's been the top request--I've gotten several emails about it). Will have to video the talk next time.
