    Imagine: Oil price increased = production cost+ transport fee increased = price tag on food increased
    Discover: Supply of oil decreased = production decreased = employment decreased = decreased in wealth
    Solve: Agricultural land convert to growing bio fuel producing crops = decrease in food supply = increase in price = decrease in wealth
