We handle each request as a unique opportunity to meet the demands of the mar- ketplace and the ever increasing need for relevant applications and high-tech product solutions. Modocast specializes in total management approach. From conceptual planning to development and implementation. We work to with each entity in developing a strategy to utilize the space. Steps to Project Management I: Site Survey A physical walk-through of the location. Recommendations would be made based upon specific criteria including: space alloted, visibiilty for traffic assess ment, type of application for the desired space, screen size, cabinetry designs, information technology needs and assessment, electrical needs and assessment, uses and for a pratical analysis. II: Hardware Once the site survey is complete and the proposal is granted, the team moves to begin expanding the order by contracting with qualified vendors that meet stringent criteria for the products. The team assembles quotes, prepares sourcing of materials, and selects the hardware based upon the application. A complete record- ing of the findings will include purchase price of each time, expected lead times for delivery and rational for each vendor selected. We will then submit a purchase order, follow up, and prepare for installation. Once the hardware is procured we will set up installation dates with venues and contractors. Continuous feedback and scheduling requirements are part of the on-going process. III: Software The team begins to build a custom application for the venue with developers and system integrators. A schedule of development is created and followed to ensure the development of the application. It is during this time that meetings are held with venue representatives to ensure the proper data systems required from the venue are intertwined with the desired application needs. IV: Delivery V: Installation The team oversees all phases of the installation from start to finish including the testing of products, IT configurations and system connectivity. VI: Building the Network Once the screens are placed, the network operations center goes to work to ensure all images are correctly uploaded through remote management.
