This is a good presentation, i liked the way you show that solving problems is just part of a long-term solution.

I think however you could delete 2 or 3 slides just reapeating the idea...

    Anyway, great pres :)

@trib: I guess I hate doing old skool Operations Review style presentations. I loveloveLOVE doing THIS kind. :-)

    Kelly -

For years, I've been trying to get through to those who still don't get it. And in a stroke of visual simplicity I believe that you've found a message that may actually accomplish that task. I plan to share your presentation through my organization.

    Thanks for sharing with us.

Nice, precise, and to the point. Knowledge gardening instead of fire fighting...;-)

What a fantastic slide deck, Kelly! This is as good as it gets when talking about re-using and building further up on content on top of each other's content and helping contribute into working smater, and not necessarily harder! Well done! Thanks for sharing it with us!

PS. Loved the graphics! (And a expect a link to it soon from my blogs ;-) heh)

Thanks, everyone for the kind comments. Posting a slide deck on slideshare isn't so scary after all. :-)

Love it. Says so much in so few words and encapsulated what we do in staff eLearning support.
