Grenland Group is a full-service engineering, procurement and construction company with offices in 17 different locations in Norway and 1150 employees. The company has over 1000 Notes users and 14 functional Domino servers. The critical applications running on Lotus Notes & Domino include Continuous Improvement System, Risk Management, Sales Information & Follow-up, etc. The IT team in Grenland used scripts to create reports and to extract data from Notes to Excel sheets for reporting. One of the key challenges faced by the IT team was the significant overhead involved in providing users of these critical Notes applications with information.

Creating reports using scripts & exporting to excel was time & effort intensive, offered limited visualization capabilities to users and resulted in additional overhead for the IT team due to change results from business users. This presentation outlines how Grenland Group was able to effectively address the above challenges, meet their information objectives and achieve significant business benefits by using IntelliPRINT Reporting from Synaptris. With IntelliPRINT Reporting, Grenland is now able to deliver advanced, presentation-quality reports with real-time data to end-users in minutes, inside their Notes applications.
